Just a place to begin.
Start with $10,000 in game cash. Take a walk, try a free activity, or head straight for your first piece of land.
Find your little corner
Open Map to see available plots and their prices. Choose Navigate for directions, walk to the property, then buy it. Keep some cash for your first building or garden.
Put down roots
Open Build on your land. Search the catalog, preview a placement, rotate it and make it yours. A kitchen garden or a small producer is a manageable first project.
Make a living. Make it bigger.
Harvest crops, collect goods and sell from your Bag, or fill Town Orders for a bonus. Put your earnings into another business, better equipment or something just for fun.
Start small. Make it yours.

Your everyday rideYour land can
work for you.

All earnings are in-game currency.Grow & gather
Plant wheat, tomatoes, corn and pumpkins. Add orchards, hives and livestock buildings to produce more ingredients.
Make & deliver
Choose recipes, supply ingredients and start production batches. Collect the goods, sell them or fill the daily Town Orders board.
Open & improve
Shops, restaurants and other income-producing buildings accumulate earnings. Collect them and upgrade eligible buildings for better output.
Build somewhere worth visiting
Qualifying activity visits reward the player and share part of the same bounty with the property owner. Create a pond, course, circuit, campfire, arcade or soccer field.

Go a little
farther today.
Leave Riverton for hilltop villages, working farmland, wooded trails and lakeside places. Wander on foot, drive across the county or take a boat across the water.
- Visit Lake Alder’s boathouse and Heron Island.
- Follow Tall Pines Trail to the ridge overlook.
- Call an owned ride from Garage wherever you need it.
- Choose Navigate on the map for a gold direction arrow and route.
Cars and carts travel on land. Boats travel on water; pull alongside a suitable dock or shore to step out.
Places you can actually play.
Try public activities first. Then build your own version on your land and give neighbors a reason to stop by.

Find your next great catch
Cast from public fishing spots or a player-built pond. Time your catch, reel it in and fill your catch journal.

Build a better bank shot
Aim, hold for power and putt. Connect tees, lanes, curves, slopes and a finishing green to create your own hole.

Chase your best lap
Drive three timed laps with steering, braking, jumps and off-road penalties. Race your best ghost or build a connected circuit.

The perfect golden brown
Roast marshmallows for three camper preferences. Rotate every side and move closer to or farther from the heat.

One more roll
Walk into Roll & Rally, aim and roll nine balls into real scoring pockets. Chase a personal best and the venue leaderboard.

Make your moment
Dribble, sprint and shoot in a 60-second soccer challenge. Beat two AI defenders and a keeper, chase rebounds and build a goal streak.
Qualifying rounds earn a daily bounty. At another player’s attraction, the owner receives 20% of that same reward pool. Limits vary by activity; further practice still keeps your records. Arcade lanes and soccer fields have venue leaderboards.
Your neighbor’s next idea
might become your favorite place.
See other players around the county, explore their properties and leave a like for a place you love. Your buildings and progress stay with your account, ready for your next visit.
Activities are currently individual challenges within the shared world. Team matches and synchronized activity play are still to come.

What is Land?
Land is a persistent, shared 3D countryside world. You explore on foot or in vehicles, own property, build, make goods and play activities. There is no single finish line. Choose a quiet homestead, a growing business, a place for visitors, or a mix of all three.
Is it free? Is the money real?
Land is free to play with a VYRLD account. New players begin with $10,000 of in-game cash. Land, buildings, goods and activity rewards use this virtual currency. It cannot be cashed out for real money.
Does my progress save?
Your properties, placed objects, wallet, inventory, building upgrades and finished activity results save to your VYRLD account. Production timers continue while you are away. Active activities save at their own checkpoints; if a connection drops, retry the save or return to the same activity to resume.
How does earning work when I am away?
Income-producing buildings accumulate up to eight hours of uncollected earnings. Visit your businesses to collect and start the next cycle. Production jobs keep their goods until you collect them; they do not automatically start another batch. Upgrade eligible buildings through three levels to improve their output.
Can I play with friends?
You share the same world and can see other players, visit their properties, and explore what they have built. Activities currently run as individual scored challenges. Simultaneous team matches, synchronized activity balls and vehicles, and co-editing someone else’s property are not available yet.
Can other people change my property?
Visitors can explore and use supported attractions, but only the current owner can place, move or remove objects. You can rename your property, list it for an asking price, or buy another available plot. Buildings stay with a property when it changes hands.
How much can I build?
The catalog has 241 placeable items across homes, farming, businesses, workshops, gardening, transport, construction, camping and recreation. Each plot currently holds up to 160 objects. Use complete buildings or modular walls, floors, roofs, doors and stairs to make your own structures.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Land has touch movement, camera controls, building tools and activity-specific controls, plus fullscreen support. A modern desktop browser gives the most room for large building projects. Loading and performance depend on your device and connection.
What is still being developed?
This is an early, playable world. The systems described above are available now. More attractions, richer player and property profiles, deeper community tools and world detail are still being developed. Some catalog objects are decorative rather than fully simulated activities. Follow Land below for update emails.
What will you make of yours?
Your first $10,000 and a whole county are waiting.

A new update is ready. Come back and see what’s new!
Update 30 · Sep 15, 2026
Fixing something the tube ride broke. Standing on a fishing dock and pressing E was starting a tube ride instead of fishing. The dock is at the water's edge, and the new tube offer was being checked before the fishing spot, so it took the key. Fishing, golf, the arcade and the campfire now all come first; the tube is only offered when there is nothing else to do at the water.
Update 29 · Sep 15, 2026
A small one: the first-chapter card no longer sits over the view on a phone. It was a standing panel across the top-left corner the entire time you were walking around, on the screen with the least room to spare. The same prompts are still in the Property panel. Tablets and desktop are unchanged.
Update 28 · Sep 15, 2026
Phones run properly now. Everything in this world had been tuned on a desktop and then handed to phones unchanged, which is why it stuttered on one and not the other. Phones now get their own settings: lower pixel density, a much smaller shadow map, fewer grass tufts and raindrops, no second render of the scene for water reflections, and the long-distance shadow pass switched off. The ground was the real problem. Building the county's surface meant asking for a road-smoothed height three hundred thousand times before the world would open, which was most of the loading time on its own. It is now built in rings out from the middle -- enough to stand on and look at goes up first, and the rest arrives while you are already walking. Measured on a phone under heavy load: the loading time roughly halved, and frames that took longer than a thirtieth of a second went from more than one in four to none at all. Desktop is unchanged and still runs everything at full quality.

Solo tubing, and a much better phone experience. TUBING ON YOUR OWN. The lake keeps a boat now. Walk to the water's edge anywhere on Willow Lake and press E, and it will come round and tow you. A and D swing you across the wake, E lets go and you swim ashore. Your ride is scored on how long you hold on and how far you work across the wake, and your best is kept. You can still grab the rope behind another player's boat if somebody is out driving. STEERING WAS BACKWARDS. Holding right turned you left. It is fixed, on phones and on desktop. ON A PHONE. The camera now follows you while you walk with the thumbstick, so you do not need a second thumb to drag the view round. The build catalogue was fifty screens of scrolling: it is now three tighter columns with the search and categories pinned to the top, so what you are looking for is one tap away. Panels and headings are smaller so more fits on screen, and the weather stays visible next to your location. Boats leave wakes, vehicles leave dust, and everything leans into a corner.
